I purchased a mattress from this store on 12-28-2008 and when I got it home the stitching was unraveling.I called the manager Don and he was very rude to me and my wife saying that I had signed a form that would not let me return the mattress. I took the bedding back up to the store where Don became confrontational and used cuss words resulting in me having to call the police. I am stuck with a very poorly made mattress and the worst customer service experience I have ever received. Run from this store - go to a reputable company that has a fair return policy. I have submitted my complaint to the BBB. « Hide
