I had a terrible experience here, the landlord will do anything to keep you from getting your deposit back. He is unprofessional and anyone who signs a lease with him is going to have the worst 12 months of their existence. Please try an excellently managed complex like Bay Front Apartments or even try renting out a home through AHRN.com. I wouldn't recommend bay breeze to ANYONE! The landlord doesn't have a manager or anyone to take care of his apartments to include providing pest control etc. and he lives an hour away! If you call him with a problem he will take his sweet time and will degrade you. Please guys, look somewhere else. There are so many better places to rent out there. This guy obviously needs a couple of classes in ethics before he has the privilege of having anyone else as a tenant.
