Ripped off by service dept.
its very simple to explain,
I took my red Cheysler Town and country there 3 time for service and told serv dept. that the a/c was not working properly thier answer was "it is working within factory standards" well the 4th time I took it in the a/c was not working AT ALL!!! funny thing was... by the time i took it in the 4th time, the warranty was out and guess what they said it would be $800.00 to replace the compressor (the service person said with a smile).
Well after numerous calls to the service manager he finally calls me back and tells me that the best he could do was split the cost with me, I would have to pay 400.00 and they would pay 400.00 so needing to have my air cond. fixed I figured that was prob. the best I was going to get so I reluctantly agreed.
When just 3 months earlier when it was still under warranty it only would have been a $100.00 dollar co-pay so yes milton dodge cheated (screwed) me out of 300.00 because they did not fix it the first 3 times I took it in. but you know I drive by there just about everyday and appearently im not the only one that they have cheated cause there are very few cars on the sales lot and the service dept kinda looks like a ghost town. so I guess that just goes to show that what comes around goes around, now if by some crazy chance that milton dodge reads this and decides to make this situation right (which i doubt that will ever happen)I promise that I will stop sharing my story with who ever will read it or listen, But until then be careful when dealing with MILTON DODGE or thier service dept.
