Worst Customer Service Ever.
The staff is incredibly rude and a bit arrogant. When I went in for my first time, they did not offer to show me around, offer products, and even spelled my name wrong in their computer system (very frustrating on the 2nd trip). The 2nd trip I was ignored until I went and found the staff member who informed me that he heard the door and it will be a second. It had been a few minutes. What customer service! They do not offer complementary goggles and obviously dont realize that customers are the driving force behind their business. No Strike 3 for Showbiz as I am NEVER going back! (DMM45, 09/29/2009)
