Horrible service!
I have been there 3 times, once when it opened and the service was OK, wrote that off becuse they were really busy.The second time there were 4-5 full tables and it took almost 10 minutes for someone to get our drink order, food took about 45 minutes to get. Went back today thinking that maybe it was a bad day, odered drinks and an appetizer, 15 minutes to get the appetizer, we didn't see our waitress until the appetizer came that's when they took our food order. 45 minutes later no food no waitress no explanation and the place wasn't even half full. we asked for our server who said our food will be out in a minute and 15 minutes later still no food. Got up and left. Will never go there again. I'll be surprised if they don't go out of business within the year.

I've got a frog in my throat!
This locally owned restaurant offers a wide variety of favorite foods, Pizza, Hamburger, and other items at good prices. They are family oriented business that won?t break your wallet with good service. However, we?ve been disappointed the three times we visited and really turned off when the buns on our sliders had mold telling us the attention to detail is lacking. Management was apologetic and the meal was free, but just couldn?t get the frog out of my throat after that last visit. Sorry, they need to work on the quality and taste!

I love it and want some more of it!
We have been to T. R. Frogs several times and absolutely love it! The kids had a pizza which are probably the best I've EVER had (of course I tasted a sample)! The fish tacos were to die for. And we had the cheese queso appetizer which was very deliciously unique and not at all like what you would find anywhere else. My Dad ate the fish sandwich and said it was the best on the entire gulf coast. And my stepmom loved the oysters so much she ordered them again on her next visit there. T. R. Frogs is a wonderful addition to the Niceville area and has quickly become one of our family favorites!

great food/needs better service
The food is awesome. We love their pizza! and the salads are great too, but when we got there we waited 15 minutes for our drinks. They said there was a computer problem. It was a friday night but they were not that busy. They just need better service skills. They allow you to split the salads between 2 people and it is still a good portion. All around I give it 5 stars for food and 2 stars for service.
